Telemedicine Examination Service

As the sole developer, I led design, development, and deployment of the iOS version of the Stethoscope Video Conferencing app, delivering an App Store ready product to the sales team in 6 months--expanding the customer base by 10x and registered accounts by 6x.

I headed new feature development for the Vue.js video conferencing app. Using WebRTC, I upgraded our mobile and browser products to lossless audio, leading to significant quality of service improvements.

Recognizing the need for an integrated development and testing environment, I built a production mirror of our AWS services, allowing for rapid prototyping in response to feedback from product and sales.

Potential Hydropower in Kobe Prefecture

Estimated hydropower generation by utilizing and improving the H08 Model. I increased performance of the river routing algorithm from O(n2) to O(n) time complexity, significantly raising the ceiling of possible input resolutions for future research.

I wrote algorithms to estimate hydropower and compare results with estimation by Japanese Ministry of the Environment.

Switch Game Engine Audio Pipeline

I successfully deployed Biquad Filter and Speed Change algorithms within a high-traffic, low-level C++ API, ensuring on-time project delivery and a seamless product release.

Contributed to project efficiency by diligently tackling bug-fixing tasks and thorough testing initiatives, ranging from high-coverage Unit Tests automated with Jenkins to defining comprehensive Acceptance Tests.

Big Data Hourly Energy Analytics

Handled critical operations for a sophisticated distributed 18 server system, that leveraged MapReduce, Apache Spark, HDFS, HBase, and MongoDB.

I served as the primary point of contact and provided solutions for clients who utilized the Java Spring and JavaScript-based product.

Tone Matrix Thesis Project

I independently conceived and developed an Android-based music application for my Bachelor's thesis project.

Designed and implemented a unique touch input system, allowing users to create music interactively with drawn pictures that dynamically influence music generation.

Trashionista

Led a team of four in the successful delivery of a game within a 20-day game jam period, overseeing design, programming, asset creation, scheduling, and task management. Utilizing insights gained from my previous solo game jam project, "mu," I dynamically connected gameplay with music generation.

The project uniquely merges rhythm and dress-up genres.

mu

Conceptualized, coded, and released within an 8-day game jam period as the sole contributor. Earned an overall rank of 80th out of 313 entries, securing 45th place for music and 55th for gameplay.

Engineered a unique musical experience by creating an audio engine that dynamically generates music through gameplay.

Fjelf in the Shelves

Organized and led a team of three to create and submit a game for a 48-hour game jam, securing an overall ranking of 13th out of 87 entries.

In addition to programming, I also took charge of audio production and task allocation. Was notably voted 2nd place for theme and 15th for audio.

Chick Chick Go!

Conceptualized, designed, coded, composed music, integrated art assets, and deployed a Unity-based game within a tight 48-hour timeframe.

Received an overall ranking of 28th out of 58 entries.

ShooChoo To-Do

A robust task management web application deployed with Django and fly.io. Features seamless authentication, filtering options by tag and date, as well as a pomodoro-style timer.
